GreedyFearful is a notification service that monitors Bitcoin (BTC) price movements and sends email alerts when BTC drops by user-defined percentages from recent highs over specified time windows (24 hours or 7 days). The Service is designed to help users track price movements but does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment strategies.

Key features include:

• Custom dip threshold alerts (e.g., notify when BTC drops 5% from 24h high)
• Email notifications delivered via Resend
• Threshold-crossing alerts to avoid spam
• Account synchronization across devices via Google sign-in
• Backend price monitoring that works while you're offline

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Account registration requires Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Fees and Payment

GreedyFearful is currently offered free of charge for early access users. We reserve the right to introduce subscription plans, premium features, or usage-based fees in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of paid features will constitute acceptance of the new pricing terms.

5. User Responsibilities

When using GreedyFearful, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Service

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
